1. You agree that by taking part in the Gamebookers.com (the "Website") "UEFA Cup Final 2008" promotion (the "Promotion"), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the "Rules").
2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
1. be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
2. have successfully completed registration on the Gaming Service and opened a Player Account; and must
3. not be resident in a Restricted Territory.

11. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Rules and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. 12. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
