1. Para que su apuesta le sea devuelta, su(s) jugador(es) debe encontrarse entre los 5 cabezas de serie y debe ser eliminado antes de la 3ª ronda.
2. Esta promoción es solo aplicable a las apuestas realizadas por el resultado final del torneo.

1. You agree that by taking part in the above-mentioned Gamebookers.com (“ Gamebookers” or “We”) promotion, “Wimbledon – Top Five” (the “Promotion”), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
1. be eighteen (1Cool years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required;
2. have successfully completed registration at
www.gamebookers.com and deposited a minimum of ten US Dollars (US $ 10) (the “Qualifying Deposit”); and
3. not be domiciled in a Restricted Territory: Bulgaria, Turkey, Myanmar, India, Afghanistan, Cook Islands, France, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Libya, Nauru, Nigeria, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Syria, USA, China and Italy
(a “Qualifying Player”)
3. The “Promotion Period” will mean the period from 00:01hrs ET on Monday, 18th June 2007 until 23:59 hrs ET on Sunday, 8th July 2007.
4. Qualifying Players may participate in this Promotion by placing individual bets on any of the top-five seeded players/pairs in the Men’s Singles and Women’s Singles events at the 2007 Championships, Wimbledon scheduled to take place between 25 June and 8 July 2007 as decided by the All-England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (collectively, the “Top Five Seeds”) to win their respective tournament outright, at any point during the Promotion Period (the “Qualifying Stake”).
5. In the event that the Top Five Seed selected by the Qualifying Player is knocked out in either of the first or second round of their respective tournament, then the Qualifying Stake shall be refunded to the Qualifying Player’s Player Account, up to a maximum value of no more than one hundred dollars (US$100) / seventy-five euros (€75) / fifty pounds (£50) (the “Refunded Stake”).
6. The Refunded Stake shall be in the same currency as the Qualifying Stake and shall be credited to the Player Account within 72 hours of the end of the Promotion Period.
7. Refunded Stakes are strictly limited to one per Qualifying Player, and the event that more than one Refunded Stake is paid to any Qualifying Player, Gamebookers reserves the right to reclaim any such additional Refunded Stake.
8. Gamebookers’ decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
9. Neither the employees of Gamebookers, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
10. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
11. We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing

12. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the Promotion you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.
13. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
14. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and no alternative bonuses will be awarded.
15. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
